Roll The Dice...."Southern Youth" by Chris Cosby

‎"In the absence of a demanding grace.... I love this town, I love your face, and it won't last long ...you're here then you're gone....unless you roll the dice." Sweet song, love the lyrics:)

New Website!! “Dionysus Beauty"; an online lifestyles magazine

A little less than a year ago I began writing blogs. At the time of summer I was writing up to four blogs. I realized it was going to be a bit difficult to consistently post in each one every week. So I decided to create a site where all of my blogs would be combined into one place. I’ll still keep this one as a personal blog about life observations but please visit me at my new site where most of my newer pieces will be. As I am pursuing my degree in marketing and media studies, which includes journalism, I hope to use this site as a resource for honing my writing skills and sharing my thoughts with the world. I write about everything from news articles, to fashion and beauty, to travel, healthy food, great deals, and life in general. My passion is writing and this is part of my path. Who knows, maybe it will turn into something more…

It was a good learning experience, good for anyone who wants to play around with the design and layout of a website. I liked created images in Google drawings, very basic and easy to use resource. Dionysus Beauty was a fun concept to work on.

Shiny Toy Guns - Major Tom OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO Lincoln MKZ Car Commerci...

Lyrics to one of one of My Favorite Songs and a cool fan made video.

Standing there alone the ship is waiting.
All systems are go, are you sure?
Control is not convinced
But the computer has the evidence
No need to abort.
The countdown starts

Watching in a trance the crew is certain.
Nothing left to chance all is working.
Trying to relax up in the capsule
"Send me up a drink." jokes Major Tom.
The count goes on

4 3 2 1
Earth below us
Drifting falling floating weightless
Calling calling home

Second stage is cut.
We´re now in orbit
Stabilizers up runnning perfect.
Starting to collect requested data.
"What will it affect when all is done?"
Thinks Major Tom

Back at ground control
There is a problem.
"Go to rockets full"
Not responding.
"Hello Major Tom are you receiving?
Turn the thrusters on.
We´re standing by."
There´s no reply.

4 3 2 1
Earth below us
Drifting falling floating weightless
Calling calling home

Across the stratosphere a final message
"Give my wife my love."
Then nothing more

Far beneath the ship the world is mourning.
They don´t realize he´s alive.
No one understands but Major Tom sees.
Now the light commands
This is my home I´m coming home."

Earth below us
Drifting falling.
Floating weightless
Calling home
Earth Below us
Drifting falling
Floating weightless
Calling coming
home.....
